ANSWER:
It was a short movie about a laser eye surgery mascot who travels to NYC in hoes of being in the "advertising week" parade - alongside Tony the Tiger and Mr Clean!
In this shot he looks for lodging at this farmhouse and the farmer sends his dog to attack the intruder. It is very funny!
The dog is our Fauxtois! And the stunt guy in the eyeball is our friend Nick. Michael couldn't be the stunt guy because he was the handler controlling the attack.
The film was entered in some film festivals and did quite well.
