Gaia and Gordon are shedding.
They rub themselves on the sides of everything in their enclosure to get the old shim off.
And then they eat it! YUM!
But it must feel as good to them as it does when we peel off our old, dead skin after a sunburn.
Notice how beautiful and vibrant their colors become?
Meanwhile, their first set of eggs are still incubating at around 82F.
The entire incubation period is approx. 4 weeks, so we're getting close!
I just hope we can catch a photo of them at the moment they are hatching.

Do you think those eggs will be hatched before our trek down on Sunday? Sounds like they might. How exciting to see babies of the lizard variety.
